We took everything that makes an almond croissant worth getting out of bed for and turned it into granola: toasted almonds, buttery oat clusters, and a proper hint of marzipan running through. It's rich enough to feel like a treat and crunchy enough to still feel like breakfast - good with yoghurt... better by the handful straight from the bag.
