This is our take on Ghraybeh — crumbly Middle Eastern shortbreads. Traditionally made with ghee, ours use brown butter for its nutty, toasted warmth. For Valentine’s, we bake them into heart shapes, dip them in creamy white chocolate, and finish with a touch of raspberry.
